• For quick service, product supplies and parts are readily available in our store.
• We service any make or model of sewing or embroidery machine in our in-store service center.
• We service any make or model of vacuum cleaner in our in-store vacuum service center.

 WARRANTIES

We proudly stand behind our entire product line, and will support you should any product issues arise. This is our promise to you.

• Because we carry only the highest quality products from our vendors, we are able to offer better warranty agreements for these products to you than you would find for lower quality products at a lesser retailer.
• We honor manufacturers warranties in our service center for products for which we are an authorized dealer, whether you purchased the machine from us or not.
