Zippers 101

Ah yes, the zipper. So easy to use, yet so scary to many. Come banish your fears (or frustrations) with a user-friendly class on the most common types of zippers and zipper insertions.

We'll go through the steps of the top three zipper insertion techniques—the centered zipper, the invisible or concealed zipper, and a mock fly. And then, of course, we’ll actually sew them.

Leave not only with a firm understanding of this classic trio, but with the necessary skills and confidence to happily take on all variants.

Go from beware—zippers, to “zippers beware!”
