Fabrics 101
Fabrics 101 teaches you the essentials of woven and knit fabrics, shows you the three basic weaves and the most common knit structures.
Then we move on to a more in-depth look at fabric types with lots of examples and discussion. Prints, plaids, stripes, and other design considerations. Plus the care & feeding of your fabrics & more!
You will also learn the very important difference between fiber and fabric with an interactive show and tell.
In the end, you will have a clearer understanding of fabrics, fibers and how to make better informed choices for your garments.
